Spa Etiquette

Our rules:

1. Arrive early: Arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment allows time to check in, relax, and adjust to the spa environment. We also have a pool to enjoy, soon restaurant to be open, so you can spend a whole day with us:)

2. Check-in: When checking in, inform the us of any medical conditions or allergies so we can tailor treatments accordingly.

3. Noise: Keep conversations low and avoid loud or disruptive behavior to ensure a peaceful atmosphere. Please note if you have a funny joke and can't stop giggling then call us, because we also want to join the fun.

4. Dress code: Our therapists will keep your body draped in massage towels and only expose each area being treated. In wet treatments such as body treatment services, you will not always be draped. We will provide a disposable underwear if needed. However it's advisable to bring your bikini if you are booking herbal barrels or bath.

5. Important: Please note, "Nuru" in Swahili means "Light". We have no connection with erotic treatments or anything outside of our menu. We reserve the right to refuse service if any inappropriate behavior occurs towards our guests or therapists.
